1. Service provider

The «Redpill» service is provided by SwiftFly S.L., tax ID B56155310, registered at Polígono Masti Loidia 3A, Errenteria (Gipuzkoa). Contact: info@nortevan.com.

2. Purpose

Redpill is a subscription platform that provides access, from a single interface, to several third-party AI models, automatically routing each query to the most suitable model for your plan. Using the Service means full acceptance of these Terms.

3. User account

To use the Service you must register with a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. You must be of legal age.

4. Plans, prices and VAT

The Service is offered through recurring (monthly) paid subscription plans. Prices are subject to the applicable VAT (21% in Spain) at the time of payment. Each plan includes a monthly usage limit expressed in «credits»; once used up, access may be limited until the next cycle.

5. Payments and renewal

Payments are processed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. See the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

6. Acceptable use

By using Redpill you agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Generate content that infringes third-party rights or the law.
• Resell, abusively automate or overload the Service.
• Share your account with third parties outside your subscription.

7. Nature of AI answers

Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Any use you make of the information is at your own responsibility.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Redpill relies on external AI providers; if one becomes unavailable, we may replace it with an equivalent.

9. Intellectual property

The Redpill brand, design and software are owned by SwiftFly S.L.. You are granted no rights over them beyond using the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SwiftFly S.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Nothing limits the rights the law grants to consumers.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use means acceptance of the current version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and subject to the courts that apply under the law.
