At Redpill we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have, in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish law.

2. Data we process

• Account data: email and user identifier.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe; we don't store your card number.
• Billing data: name, address and tax ID you provide when purchasing.
• Conversations: your messages and answers, to show you your history.
• Usage data: credit consumption and model used.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Provide the Service and manage your account (contract performance).
• Process payments and issue invoices (contractual and legal obligation).
• Keep your history (contract performance).
• Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

4. Recipients

We share strictly necessary data with providers acting as processors: Supabase (database), Vercel (web hosting), Stripe (payments) and the AI providers (Groq, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic), to whom your message content is sent solely to generate the answer.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. In those cases, the safeguards provided by the GDPR apply (such as the Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and, afterwards, for the legal periods (e.g., tax periods for invoices). You can delete your conversations anytime.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@nortevan.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

We only use technical cookies needed to keep your session and your language preference. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
